Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StableLens. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StableLens ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the StableLens website located at stablelens.io, including all associated content, features, tools, data, and APIs (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
StableLens is a stablecoin peg monitoring platform that provides real-time and historical data regarding the price stability of various stablecoins. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Real-time price monitoring and peg deviation tracking
- Stability scores and performance rankings
- Automated depeg event detection and severity classification
- Historical charts, comparisons, and analytics
- Public API access for programmatic data retrieval
3. Data Accuracy, Calculations, and Known Limitations
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the data, scores, calculations, analytics, and all other information provided through the Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
StableLens relies on automated mathematical calculations, algorithms, and third-party data sources to generate stability scores, peg deviation measurements, depeg event classifications, severity ratings, and other analytical outputs. These calculations are inherently complex and may, from time to time, produce incorrect, misleading, or incomplete results due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Bugs, errors, or imprecisions in our mathematical formulas, scoring algorithms, or computational logic
- Rounding errors, floating-point arithmetic limitations, or numerical overflow conditions
- Incorrect, delayed, or incomplete data received from third-party market data providers, price feeds, or exchange APIs
- Errors in foreign exchange rate conversions for non-USD pegged stablecoins
- Incorrect severity classification or false positive/negative depeg event detections
- Software bugs, infrastructure failures, or unforeseen edge cases in our data pipeline
- Temporary data outages, network disruptions, or caching inconsistencies
We do not warrant, guarantee, or represent that any stability score, peg deviation percentage, depeg severity classification, ranking, or any other calculated metric displayed on the Service is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. All such data is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree that you will not rely solely on StableLens data for making financial, investment, trading, or any other consequential decisions. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through the Service before acting upon it.
4. Reporting Errors and Requesting Reviews
If you believe that any data, calculation, stability score, depeg event record, severity classification, or other information displayed on the Service is inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading, you may submit a review request by contacting us at:
Error Reporting Contact
When submitting an error report, please include as much detail as possible, including the specific stablecoin, the data point or metric in question, the expected value (if known), and any supporting evidence or references. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to review reported errors in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee any specific response time or that corrections will be made.
Submitting an error report does not create any obligation on our part to modify, correct, or update any data, nor does it entitle you to any compensation, remedy, or legal claim against StableLens.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on StableLens constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. StableLens is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial analyst, or financial planner.
The stability scores, peg deviation data, depeg event classifications, rankings, and all other metrics displayed on the Service should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any stablecoin, cryptocurrency, digital asset, or financial instrument. You should always conduct your own independent research and consult with a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.
Past performance data and historical stability scores displayed on the Service are not indicative of future results. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and subject to rapid, unpredictable changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STABLELENS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
This limitation applies to, without limitation, damages arising from:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or miscalculations in stability scores, peg deviation data, depeg event classifications, rankings, or any other computed metrics
- Financial losses, lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or investment losses incurred as a result of reliance on data provided by the Service
- Incorrect or false depeg event alerts, including both false positives (events reported that did not occur) and false negatives (events not reported that did occur)
- Decisions made based on incorrect severity classifications or misleading analytical outputs
- Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or delays in data updates
- Any actions taken or not taken by you in reliance on information provided through the Service
You expressly acknowledge that automated mathematical calculations and algorithmic scoring systems are inherently prone to errors and that you assume all risk associated with using such data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StableLens operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
