3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Operation: To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including ensuring proper functionality of our peg monitoring, scoring, and analytics features

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Aggregated Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit

We retain automatically collected data (such as server logs and analytics data) for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Log data is typically retained for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

If you contact us via email, we may retain your correspondence for as long as necessary to address your inquiry, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
